Embrace Finance x Leeds Community Foundation
Small Charity Financial Resilience Programme
Building Financial Resilience in Times of Change. A practical three-part workshop series.
This series of three x 2-hour workshops is designed to support organisations and leaders to strengthen their financial resilience in uncertain and changing environments. Each session creates a confidential, supportive space to reflect, ask questions, and learn alongside peers.
Delivered in plain English, the sessions combine practical tools, guided exercises, and discussion. Participants will leave the workshops with clearer insight, renewed confidence, and simple steps to track progress across the three areas.
Across the series, you’ll engage in practical exercises, share your learning with peers, and leave with tools you can immediately apply to support you in reflecting, resetting, and renewing your financial practice.
