We will introduce the fundamentals of budgeting and cashflow forecasting what to consider when putting together a budget and cashflow forecast that will lead us (with a fair wind) towards a more financially resilient future.
This session will focus on how to create and manage a simple budget for your small charity, including how to handle a small number of restricted grants – on a full cost recovery basis - track the impact on reserves and be confident you are a going concern.
